Memory buffer is set to max to compensate, but still allows clipping with more intense plugins (i.e. NI Kontakt orchestra). Your RAM usage doesn't cause underruns. And the buffer isn't a 'memory buffer'.

I was told to run the FL Extended memory.exe because I have a 64 bit system so that's what I'm doing now. Also put my laptop's settings on "high performance", instead of "save energy" so I assume that must make it better too lol.

If you're using the regular FL exe, you're limited to utilizing 2 GB of ram for your project. If you have a 64-bit OS, you can use the "extended memory" FL executable, which will allow you to use an extra gig of ram. Adding more ram isn't going to help him, but upgrading to a 64-bit OS and using the extended memory option should.
